Vector Floating-Point Maximum Based on Absolute Values

The value with the largest magnitude, i.e. absolute value, between corresponding floating-point elements in vector a (two 64-bit floating point numbers) and vector b (two 64-bit floating point numbers) are written to vector (two 64-bit floating point numbers).
