Vector Unsigned Maximum

Maximum values between unsigned elements in vector a (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) and unsigned elements in vector b (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) are written to vector (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers).
