Vector Minimum Based on Absolute Value

The value with the smallest magnitude, i.e. absolute value, between corresponding signed elements in vector a (four signed 32-bit integer numbers) and b (four signed 32-bit integer numbers) are written to vector (four signed 32-bit integer numbers).
