Vector Unsigned Dot Product

The unsigned integer elements in vector a (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) are multiplied by unsigned integer elements in vector b (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) producing a result the size of the input operands. The multiplication results of adjacent odd/even elements are added and stored to the destination vector (eight unsigned 16-bit integer numbers).
