Vector Signed Horizontal Subtract

The sign-extended odd elements in vector b (eight signed 16-bit integer numbers) are subtracted from the sign-extended elements in vector a (eight signed 16-bit integer numbers) producing a result twice the size of the input operands. The result is written to vector (four signed 32-bit integer numbers).
