u8strings (minimal UTF-8 aware strings(1) implementation)

u8strings is a minimal implementation of strings(1) with UTF-8
support. It prints sequences of printable UTF-8-encoded Unicode
characters, and supports a useful subset of the options provided by
GNU strings.
