rmw (ReMove to Waste) is a safe-remove and restore utility for the command line. By default it uses your desktop's trash (the FreeDesktop.org Trash specification) and needs no setup, though you can add your own waste folders. It can also purge items after a set number of days. Requires (from SlackBuilds.org): canfigger canfigger homepage: https://github.com/andy5995/canfigger No configuration is required. A configuration file is created on the first run; add WASTE lines to it only for special cases, such as keeping rmw's files out of the desktop trash, a folder on removable media, or a folder that is listed and purged but never receives new files. Optional runtime helpers (not build-time requirements): * fish -- a completion file is installed to /usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d/rmw.fish, which fish reads automatically. Available from SlackBuilds.org. Build options: TEST=yes Run `meson test` after building. Results are logged under /usr/doc/rmw-/test_results.txt inside the package. Default: no.
