zoxide SlackBuild - vendored Rust dependencies

The SlackBuild vendors Rust dependencies to allow a fully offline and
reproducible build, as required by SlackBuilds.org.

The vendor archive is named:

  zoxide-<version>-vendor.tar.gz

It contains the vendor directory generated from the Cargo.lock belonging to
the matching zoxide source release.

To regenerate it, obtain the zoxide source and run:

  $ ./generate-vendor.sh /path/to/zoxide-<version> /path/to/output

The output directory is normally the slackbuilds-tarballs repository. The
source directory must contain Cargo.lock and must be named zoxide-<version>.

During the SlackBuild, the archive is unpacked and Cargo is configured to use
the local vendor directory. CARGO_NET_OFFLINE is also enabled so the build
cannot access crates.io.

When updating zoxide:

  - Update VERSION in the SlackBuild and zoxide.info
  - Download the matching upstream source release
  - Regenerate zoxide-<version>-vendor.tar.gz
  - Upload the archive to slackbuilds-tarballs
  - Update the source URL and checksum in zoxide.info
