Description: This plugin generated a texture pattern that resembles fish scales.
Description: Through settings, I suppose it could also do a round shingled roof.

Values you can Modify:
StRed,StGrn,StBlu. Starting Value of RGB. This is the color
that will be in the 'crotch' between scales in the next
		course.

FinRed,FinGrn,FinBlu. Finish, not fins. Color at edge of scale.

EdgNoiseD - Edge Noise makes slightly irregular scales.
The higher the depth, the more irregular.

EdgNoiseS - Size of Edge noise. Very small noise makes edges of
scales rough. Large makes odd shaped scales.
Mid values will break the scales up.

ColNoiseD - Randomness in the colors. Depth and size as above.
        ColNoiseS

NormNoiseD - Randomness in the normal offsets
	NormNoiseS

TODO: Some of the settings are a bit touchy or require extremely small
values to reach the "sweet spot". Normalize them so default
	looks good.

Add feathering at edge of scale.

Questions, comments, suggestions to rwenzla@utoledo.edu

I would like others to compile and test on various platforms
so I can include pre-compiled versions here.

Thanks and enjoy.
