A small utility called bidiman is provided to help displaying them. bidiman sets GROFF_ENCODING UTF-8, which is needed for a propoer display. To see a man page for installpkg in Swedish for instance, assuming that LANG is set to sv_SE.utf8 this command: bidiman installpkg will display the man page for installpkg in Swedish. The command "locale -a" lists all available locales. The names of most UTF-8 encoded locales ends in .utf8 but there are exceptions. To check, type: LANG= locale -k charmap. For intance, "LANG=fa_IR locale -k charmap" gives: charmap="UTF-8"
