To feed the ChangeLog, after building run as root from the directory
where packages are stored
upgrade-pkg --dry-run *txz.
so you know which package are:
new => file added
do not need to be installed => already installed
All others are upgraded

Note: building thne checking shoums be done in a clean system with all
packages from the previous version installed and no package of the
KDE series installed.
