proof-of-concept chroot for full 64bit splack 13.0


2009-04-07 12.1 is about as done as it is going to get for now. rc9 packages are out here and I'll be moving them
to the normal dist area. The isos shoule be coming along now-ish. Give everything a day or two to finish.

2008-10-04 Uploading preliminary set of 12.1 packages. Although it's complete enough to continue work,
you'll have a battle getting it installed. Approximately 719 packages left to build or ignore.

I am in the process of uploading a new splack-11.0 tree now. In no
way is it ready for anything.
